Donal is a (bio) pharmaceutical leader, with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Over the last 12 years, he has held roles in global external network strategy, procurement and operations in a number of companies, including BMS, Zoetis and Biomarin. With a background in small and large molecule end to end value stream leadership, he brings deep operational knowledge to engagements. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he also utilises best practice lean methodologies in developing sustainable value optimisation programs. He now works as a consultant, advising a wide range of clients in CMO best practice.
